Mill Finish

Mill Finishing is applied to most of the materials which is for applications like filtration, seperations, and fencing etc

Oil Finishing

Materials Applied:

Carbon Steel

Most customers prefer the carbon steel perforated sheets to be oil painted/sprayed to avoid the possible rusting because of the moisture during the long-time sea shipping.

Powder Coating

Materials Applied:

Carbon Steel, Aluminium, Galvanized Steel 

Qinghe Metal Mesh can do different colors of powder coating for perforated sheets, standard colors are Green, Black, White and Blue.  Minimum order quantity might be required for some special colors.

Filming

Materials Applied:

Aluminium, Stainless Steel, Galvanized Steel 

For perforated aluminum or perforated stainless steel (mirror finish), we can do PVC or PE filming before or after perforating. Because aluminum is relatively soft, to avoild scratching on sheets during production, transportation and installation process, some customers may ask to put thin film on surface before and after punching

Anodizing

Qinghe Metal Mesh can do different colors of anodizing for aluminum perforated metals, we signed a long term cooperation contract with a reliable Anodizing Processing Factory in March 2008.

To overcome the aluminum surface hardness, wear-resistance and other defects, and to expand the application range and service life, surface treatment technology has become an indispensable part in the use of aluminum, and anodizing technology is currently the most widely used and most successful one.  We can provide anodization treatment at request.
