Hole Size & Pitch Tolerance:
±0.05 mm (for hole size & pitch below 2.5 mm)
±0.10 mm (for hole size & pitch above 2.5 mm to 5.0 mm)
±0.25 mm (for hole size & pitch above 5.0 mm to 12.7 mm)
±0.50 mm (for hole size & pitch above 12.7 mm to 50.0 mm)
±1.27 mm (for hole size & pitch above 50.0 mm)
Cutting Tolerance Standards:
Unless otherwise specified, Qinghe’s standard shearing tolerance is ±3.2 mm
Width Tolerance
±2.7 mm （for 16 gauge and heavier, Up to and including 1525 mm）
±4.0 mm （for 16 gauge and heavier, Between 1525 and 1825 mm）
±2.7 mm （for 17 gauge and lighter, Up to and including 915 mm）
±4.0 mm （for 17 gauge and lighter, Between 915 and 1525 mm）
±3.4 mm （for 17 gauge and lighter, Over 1525 mm）
Length Tolerance:
-0.10m for length in coils
Panel Size Tolerance:
-Panel size(mm) x 0.5%
Standard Squareness Tolerance:
Unless otherwise specified, Qinghe’s standard squareness tolerance is ±3.2 mm
